Roger Willian Heuck has been vacationing In Cedarville since
1939. And began painting local scenes in 1990. In 1996
he invited his buddy Carl Samson to visit and paint. As Carl
was leaving he pronounced "Roger will be the Cronicler
for the Upper pemcinla for the 22nd maliniumm.
